Pulse normal, blood pressure normal, breathing steady...no, I'm fine and no, I don't like the rate things are going at either, but my opinion won't alter the course of things. I can only try to nudge it in a direction by trying to breed animals that may contribute in a positive way. You don't like genomics, modern show cows, or commercial(ugly) cows. That don't leave much of anybody to talk to.

What about the McCutchens?

Couple of real stretchy baby calves here look like they could make a show calf or two.

An Armani, Doorman, and Defiant (red & white) won their classes at Harrisburg. There will be a few Goldchips in the milking classes.
I'm interested in seeing what will be coming down from our neighbors up north. I know Doorman has been popular up there.

Dool-leigh Goldwyn Clark could have a few in the milking classes. There were 2 at Harrisburg but they were towards the bottom of the class. But I heard a while ago that they were the real deal out west.

I haven't seen any Hero daughters showing. Doesn't mean there isn't any good ones. Seems that many have sat out the show season this year.

Clark is siring very nice early milking daughters but not sure they will make it to Expo to compete against the Atwoods and such.

I would guess more Clarks make an appearance next year. He was another bull that was used late by most because he was lost in the genex shuffle
