Re: Old bulls

Could he be Romandale Lucky Shamrock, a son of ABC Reflection Sovereign?

You can always go to the NAAB database resource site and see what you can find in there. www.naab-css.org/db/

My best guess is HANOVER-HILL LUCKY SHAMROCK. I found him on www.cdn.ca. He is a Rockman son from A JOHNS LUCKY BARB. The code doesn't match up exactly, but the last two numbers are 75, and his short name is "Lucky Shamrock".

In June there will be an auction where also some straws of old bulls will be sold.(Luxembourg).
What do you think will be the price for Elevation/Blackstar?

Do many people use these old bulls? I guess we had used some mark a few years ago that didnt work. We flushed him with a 94 point red marker we ended up with 3 heifers all bad cows

You can probably put some of the blame on Red Marker there, no matter how good the cow. He could throw some serious turds. Back in my knuckle head days we used him. We never had even a decent one.

How about Hickory Creek Proud Prince? Is there any left? I will need it in about 18 months for an Ammo P daughter that will be born in May 2019.
