Re: …
I understand your points, but most times you contribute on Cowtalk it seems to be that you have a real problem with other people getting higher prices than you for their milk.
We have had a dreadful 2009, but things have improved marginally. But in 2008 we had much better prices, on average, than GB mainland.
But i just feel that perhaps you and JJ should do your arguing somewhere else, and stop with all the personal stuff, whether direct or indirect.

Alan a...I dont have any problem with anyone getting a better price than me and never have, most people have a choice who they sell their milk too the same as they have a choice who they buy their fertiliser from and thats life, but the supermarkets know the cost of production and its the same for liquid as cheese and when you are producing a branded cheese like "Mull of Kintyre Mature" and it sells for £10,000 a ton and I get 21.5ppl I get a little hacked off.
As for JJ I think if you read most of his posts you will find he is quite aggressive to many other cowtalkers as well.

My guess is the 440 acer farm has been lying empty for the last 18 months........because it's only 4 miles(or so) from the buyer, your buyer, the Creamery........no thanks, I quite like this "rough area" as you put it
