What bull would you consider as the most underrated bull???
A bull that has done better than his proof or just better than you expected.

Norz-Hill Form Wizard - mine had much better type than his proof had shown (although I did protect him for conformation) and they brought all the health traits too. Cattle anyone would like.

Re: What bull would you consider as the most underrated bull???
2 bulls that I think are massively underrated are
1. Wintersell Milo: I had 4 test daughters, 3 are still here. The oldest is just fresh with its 4th calf. They are really easy care cows, great feet, low scc, good fertility, high components and beautiful mammary systems.
2. Due Pioppi Ram Sam Doge: I have 4 fresh calved heifers by this bull and their type is very impressive. Very consistent, a bit old fashioned in the sense that they are very tight uddered and look like making great cows.

Sadly my wizards weren't that great. Most didn't last that long in the end.

Gabor probably.

We have a lot of success with the Guthrie daughters, all were nice heifers that could have maybe milked a little better. Upon calving again all are set to make between 5 and 7 thousand more pounds of milk in their second lactation and are breeding back with ease.

I know I've said it before, but, he's one of our highest selling sires from our international range, he has been the last couple of years. It's always a good sign when lots of people are re-using a bull.

Re:
That's the Blitz x Goldwyn cross they both improve on milk the older they get. Fever and Guthrie are the same and we had a Kildare Lakota also who does that. If you look on CDN.ca on the production section of a bull it will have the breakdown from 1-3 lactation. https://www.cdn.ca/query/detail_production.php?breed=HO&country=USA&sex=M®num=137191143

Guthrie is a great bull. I think we are having the first one calving in soon, and she is pregnant to Meridian so that excites me
