haha Buckeye, the establishment breeders still don't like him. This year another on the ground, Bkb Allegro x CB Allen x Lheros x Charles. You'll hate her, I like her a lot.

Re: What bull would you consider as the most underrated bull???
I have calved my first three Impressions recently. They look really promising. I have quite a few more to come, I am looking forward to calving the rest.

Re:
Impression doesn't have any sons in AI, he's a bull I maybe should have used since he is a outcross, Imm+ and great for mastitis resistance. His proof has held steady with the 2nd crop

How many cows have you screwed up, or dead calves have you had using that bull?

Re:
Aftershock and Shot, much more consistent than some of the bulls getting so much publicity. Shottle's best sons for me. They have some of the best dispositions in the herd, milk better than proofs indicated too.

Re: What bull would you consider as the most underrated bull???
There are loads of candidates!
I am not milking any yet, but have I have used loads of a bull called Roylane Boxer Punch, a Dream-Prairie Shadow Boxer brother to Robust and Bookem Bob. Punch's proof shows great daughter fertility, high protein (and fat), wide chests, wide and slightly sloping rumps. My oldest heifers by him are ready to serve and they are pretty good. Use him on a cow with good thurl position and it looks like you are on to a winner.
I am milking a few Jerudo daughters and they have really impressed me although it is early days; mine are milking in their first lactation.
Wintersell Milo, a late Oman x Goldwyn son. Not a big milk bull, but, great milk solids, daughter fertility, low cell counts, great feet and pleasing type overall.

Re: What bull would you consider as the most underrated bull???
Recently calved in a couple of Mr Gold-N-Oaks Magnus daughters. Both very nice with good udders and feet and both with some extra strength. Look like they will both mature well and the others heifers we have are in the same mold.
