It is great to see pictures of Snickerdoodle winning the Dry Cow Class. Even though I am a Holstein guy, I have tons of respect for that amazing cow. Hopefully, I can find her in the barns Friday or Saturday.

A true legend. Make sure you check her out in the barns. Not often you get to see a true type model in the flesh. I prefer her to any of the chicken chested Holsteins sired by Goldwyn and the like, even dry and 15 years old.

Bit of a double take in the reds with Apple's clone winning and Apple herself in reserve!

I tried to watch the live stream, which I have for the past three years, but it really didn't work last night. I have a rubbish internet connection, doesn't look good for tonight. :arrh

I went home early from work and here it worked very well. My compliments. That's when you live in a small and flat country, nobody lives very remote.
I've seen Apple becoming 1,2,3. The 3rd is a full sister to Absolute I believe. I liked the true Apples better then the daughter. First 2 were true copies of each other, very funny view, just few years difference. The luck for us simple farmers is that Apple breeds very well on the sire side as well. This was the problem with the last great Red one Redrose, her bulls were at most just average unfortunately.

Calling Redrose's sons average is a pretty generous BC. Just about every one I remember is down right awful. I believe Buckeye's word "turd sandwich" would be an accurate description.
