Pride Oak Tut 222-et
This is a bull we bred that is currently getting sampled and was just released at Accelerated. Sorry, I can't seem to get a link to pop up here. He is an Oak x Bookem x Shottle x Laudan.
680NM$
negative stature -.20
positive strength +.70
1098 milk 50 fat 40 protein +.04 +.02
6.9 PL 2.64 SCC 2.7 DPR
14h7579 Tut
Sold him outright, no royalties coming back. If he looks useful to you, I'm assuming he will be reasonably priced. Has a full brother Tux at Select who is 745NM, but hasn't made semen yet. Thanks

Re:
Nice bull Craethke, just that Calving Ease knocks him off my list.

Re: Pride Oak Tut 222-et
Congrats Craethke. Picked up a semen on him last time my Accelerated salesman stopped by. I like the looks of his brother Tux even more.

Re: Pride Oak Tut 222-et
What is the Bookem scored? Both bulls have nice proofs.
I really like the sire stack this cow family has. Really complimentary matings generation after generation.

Re: Pride Oak Tut 222-et
The Bookem scored 83 as a 2yr old, and is just fresh after having twin bulls 2 weeks ago. 57 inches tall, smoother built, with good width throughout. Perfect sized commercial cow. Used Oak to keep the pedigree a little different with good strength. Have to laugh a little, but with Laudan, Shottle, Ramos and Leif in the 1st 4 generations I was lucky enough to combine some of the best foreign(to the US) bulls, and keep the pedigree Goldwyn and OMan free(other than 3 or 4 dams back behind Oak). Thanks for the compliment, much appreciated.

Re:
Craethke, Tut might not work for us, but I have just found Tallyho, he will do. I really like the Mogul/ Freddie cross.

Re: Pride Oak Tut 222-et
Thanks Smous! Funny part is that Select turned him down late, went looking for a home for him, and Accelerated picked him up immediately. Glad he is getting a chance and some use, much appreciated. On a side note, Select will be releasing Oak Tux 218 in July I was told.

Re: Pride Oak Tut 222-et
Select Sires has released Pride Oak Tux 218- for sampling this month. 742NM, breakeven on stature, plus on strength, and over 2500GTPI, 7.1CE. aAa of 546 may make him useful to some of my fellow cowtalkers. His Bookem dam went VG-85 this week as well, and scored 86 feet and legs, 86 udder, with a 50 for RU width. Thanks in advance if he looks useful for your herd!!
