No, we take a sample, treat the cow and if the sample comes back saying we need to use a different drug then we change

If another cow is unlucky enough to get mastitis then its usually the same strain of bacteria

A test is the only sure way of knowing what you are dealing with

If the cow is sick the choice of tube isn't going to do much, get some anti inflammatory and fluids into them.
