For a couple of guys who are under 20yrs, that is extremly impressive, I couldn't be happier for you, I admit I don't get the BAA thing but I know very few herds ever score that high.

 Biggest jump between classifications was a Cogent Eccles (MattieG xMountain x Mascot) moving from 66 to 83 points.

Classified a couple of weeks ago and just did the minimum as we have been so busy.

VG heifers by Indro,Lee,Addison and Genus Larson.

The Larson was our first 5th generation home bred VG or Excellent.

Larson X VG Integrity X Ex Vanguard X Ex Rockseal X VG Purser.

Addison Steffie moved to VG88 2nd calf and is heading for over 15000kg in 305 days.

Will - looks like you had a good day. Can't help but notice, the bulls on list there, I thought you were only using U.K sires, and were fed up with N.A bulls.

 All the first calvers are by UK standing bulls as are all the youngstock but rapidly running out of decent UK bulls at a realistic price.

Will, quite a good classification. As for which bulls you are using, it is the "eye of the master" not the eye of the bull stud that makes a good herd.

Sixty six to 83, the poor bull is stuck with a 66 daughter for ever, not the 83. If she had gone from 83 to 66, the 83 would have been in his proof. At least that's the way US figures it.

If we were all given the actual, ongoing facts, I think we could rate bulls much better than the "proof" information given us after the experts have finished ruminating the numbers.
