She was Supreme Heifer Champion of the last 2 Southern-Central Italian Shows. I would like to know if you think they should add the heifer classes in the Italian photo contest too, or not.

I would say If enough farmers in Italy would like to see heifer classes added to a photo contest they should petition your association.
However, I don't think It's right to send a heifers picture in a year or two years after the picture was taken.
It's obvious she's a 2 or 3 year old cow now...Enter her in the milking class and let Italian breeders that have current 2005 heifers enter those classes.
