Flushing a Cousteau
A good freind called today on behalf of a freind of his who has a virgin Cousteau heifer out of one of Broker Elegance's Encore daughters(which one I dont know),It sounds like she is quite spectacular type wise and they are going for a bull for A.I.,and after the flush want to breed for type.My short list for the flush is Duplex,Goldwynn,Blitz, and maybe O-Man,for type Duplex and Sept.Storm.
Any suggestions would be appreciated and thanks in advance

Re: Flushing a Cousteau
What about Champion or Allen they should work well on a Cousteau.

Re: Flushing a Cousteau
I have done Allen on Cousteau, I should see results of that relatively soon. I like Modest on Cousteau, especially on that family. Duplex would be good too, if you are thinking about AI, you need to be ahead of the curve with a bull like Duplex, or using a top index and type bull like Modest. Just my opinion but the high type pedigrees like this are very hard to get into AI, and make you happy as a breeder at the same time.
